How’s this for romantic ambience?
The RPM Italian restaurant in Chicago was a surprise for us. It’s plain exterior concealed a beautiful interior space with candlelit tables, attentive waiters and wonderful food. The ambience was just right–partly romantic, partly relaxed. The food was delicious. (Grilled swordfish for me, pasta for him.) They all contributed to the overall experience and built off each other to create a memorable moment.
What’s more important to you? The food? The ambience? Or, a little bit of both? For me, it depends on my mood, the occasion, and what I’m interested in eating. Do I care if the restaurant is luxurious if I’m eating a simple slice of pizza? Of course not. But sometimes I’m in the mood for a little treat–like this night in Chicago.

It depends on where I am. Now I’m in Miami, so I’ve yet to choose one at another place. I usually like Lebanese food because of the pita bread and low calorie menu. Very nice light!

What a great shot and it sounds like a wonderful evening. I love ambiance and think it adds to the experience of the food. But if I have to choose one or the other, give me food any day LOL!!!
